Returns
We accept returns within 30 of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
Your item must be unused, unworn and in the original packaging.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Certain items such as digital downloads, clearance items, and personalized products are un-returnable.
To start a return, please contact our team at blog@livebeyond.co.za with your order number and reason for the return.
Exchanges
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly exchange it. Please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item and provide a photo of the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Please note:
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
