Through awareness we can put a pin in the stigma that hovers over people all over the world. Patients are still embarrassed to reach out to professionals for help. Mental Illness is an illness just like any other. But the symptoms are in the brain as well as the body. There is scientific proof that Mental Health conditions exist and we will only be able to help other people by edifying and providing the world with more knowledge about it.
